Discover Newsletter 6: NHNAI Project’s timely contribution to current reflection on AI
We are pleased to announce the online publication of Newsletter 6 of the NHNAI project (New Humanism in the time of Neurosciences and Artificial Intelligence), coordinated by Lyon Catholic University (UCLy) under the aegis of the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU).
This edition explores several nexus of complexity identified by the project while ending with a series of principles to guide responsible development and use (the ethical compass). On this occasion, both findings and principles are presented through the illustrations specifically prepared by Users Matters.
At a time when Pope Leo XIV’s recent Encyclical Magnifica Humanitas calls for placing the human person back at the center of technological, social, and cultural transformations, the NHNAI project offers a timely contribution to the reflection on what makes us human in an era shaped by artificial intelligence and neurosciences. Its work strongly echoes the need to ensure that innovation remains guided by human dignity, ethical responsibility, and the common good.
We invite you to discover Newsletter 6 and continue following the NHNAI project!
